Kalk Bay harbour parking area gets a facelift

The parking area at the Kalk Bay harbour has received a much-needed facelift. Apart from the newly surfaced parking layout, the City’s Transport and Urban Development Authority (TDA) has added paved walkways to the rocky shoreline along with benches, streetlights, and a recreational area for markets, fairs, and exhibitions during community events.

City of Cape Town announces qualifying bidder for Foreshore Freeway Precinct development

The appointed Bid Evaluation Committee, having now completed the Stage 1 bid evaluation process, has announced that the qualifying bidder in respect of the Request for Proposals for the Development of the Foreshore Freeway Precinct is Mitchell Du Plessis Projects (Pty) Ltd, trading as Mitchell Du Plessis Associates (MDA). The City has notified the bidders of the outcome of the evaluation process.
